My qualifications are of an academic nature. I have a University degree in English Language and Literature from Madrid University and a University degree also from Queen\'s University (Belfast - United Kingdom) in English Language and Literature. I have been a member of the teaching profession in the UK for over 25 years and during that time became Head of the Spanish and of the Modern Languages Department in a local Catholic Grammar School. Last year I retired from the teaching profession and since then I have been putting my native language, my qualifications and linguistic experience to translation work.
