| Description | English to Polish CERTIFIED translation services required: Sir/Madam: I may be needing documents translated from English into Polish. If I do, I would need this completed by May 1st (I just learned today that certified translations are needed). The documents include a 38-page clinical study protocol; a 6-page patient consent form, and a 30-page Investigator Brochure for a radiofrequency energy device that ablates/coagulates tissue for treatment of atrial fibrillation.
