Description Hello, Kindly find attached the source files and the translated files for your reference. 1) You are to send a confirmation email to me to undertake this project. 2) Upon receipt of your confirmation email we will send a scanned copy of a portion of the document to be translated so that we can expedite you start date. 3) as part of the translation requirement, you will also build the glossary of terms used in an excel spreadsheet. This is to be submitted to our company weekly (EOD (SGP time every Fridays). Revisions to the glossary will be fedback to you to apply to the document translated. 4) upon receipt of your submission, your translation will be reviewed and feedback given for necessary amendments to be applied. 5) for diagrams in the document, you may not reproduce the diagram but the translation need to be documented in an excel worksheet and translations labelled accordingly for easy identification/reference of the source document. 7) below are some translation errors we have commonly observed and you should trapping them before your submission to our company. The following list is however not exhaustive: - missing translation e.g. words, phrases, text etc. - copy and paste e.g. after copy a translated portions, it was not translated in a proper manner within the new context - typo errors - inconsistent use of translated words/terms - mistranslation due to > lack of understanding of of source text/industry/domain > lack of understanding of the Japanese and/or English language > literal translation > translation not in source context - translation agencies QA/QA process needs to be tight Let me know if you have any further queries.
