| Description | We are a Human Resources/Payroll provider. Our services include customizing our "Standard" Employee Manual for each of our clients needs. The basic manual is about 35 pages long, and includes a table of contents and seven major sections (such as "Employment information", "Compensation", "Benefits", ect.). Each section has several subsections. We make numerous small changes to the manual for each client (i.e. they may want different benefits, vacation plans, etc.) We are considering providing the manuals in Spanish. We're hoping to find a firm that will provide a fixed bid for translating the basic manual, plus a fixed fee for each customization (within certain parameters, such as "no more than thirty changed sentences").
