| Description | French Canadian Technical Translator We are one of the leading providers of globalization solutions and staffing. We are a nationwide company comprised of 42 offices in the US, Canada and Europe. One of our client companies in Southern CA is looking for a French Canadian Technical Translator (hardware) to be in charge of their localization process. This is a direct hire position with full benefits. Day to Day activates/responsibilities include: - Translation and editing from English to Canadian French - Translation/localization vendor management - Work with documentation team to produce quality users guides, online help, graphics and other related materials. - Coordinate the development of graphics, desktop publishing, translation and testing for all localized documentation Qualifications include: - 3+ years of technical translation / editing from English to Canadian French - Hands-on experience with Trados and/or Deja-vu - DTP skills in FrameMaker, InDesign and other DTP tools are plus - Solid communication skills in written and verbal To be considered, please send resumes in Microsoft Word format in order to be considered.
