Information is available for the following industry sectors: automotive, beauty, consumer technology, entertainment, fashion, food and beverage, foodservice, home, software, sports, technology distribution channel, toys, and wireless. Canadian French Panel Correspondent Overall Responsibility -Will be the main contact between us and our French panelists. This role will be ongoing and candidate must be able to commit to daily correspondense. Role - Responsible for reading incoming emails from panelists, and choosing the correct response. 90% of the emails can be answered with a pre-written auto email, while 10% of the emails will require a customized response to be written in French. - Since about half of the emails are requests to be removed from our Panel, this role requires forwarding email address to the Panel group so they can be removed. - At current panel size, we are getting 10-15 emails per day. -These must be responded to within one business day. - Requires access to our network and email. Job can be done remotely. - Estimate of time is 1-2 hours per day. Monday-Friday. Weekend emails are answered on Mondays. - May entail ad hoc translation requests from the Canadian business units as required (e.g. survey question translation or write-in translations) Competencies -Extremely strong Canadian/Quebec French language skills, especially for written communication - Strong computer skills for MS Outlook and Word Please respond with your inquiries. |
