| Description | We currently have Pashto/Dari linguist positions overseas. Our company has been awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) to provide translation and interpretation services in Afghanistan. This is an opportunity for you to help rebuild Afghanistan and provide cultural awareness and support where needed. I have listed the details of the position below and compensation for a first year contract is up to $218,540yr for US Citizens and up to $183,040yr for Green Card Holders and I-94 Holders with proper work authorization; bi-annual salary increases will apply. You will receive a referral bonus of $2,000 for every qualified individual you refer that is hired by our company and have been employed for 60 days. Requirements: --Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or I-94 Holder with proper work authorization fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Dari and Pashto -- Must be willing to obtain a security clearance -- Must be willing to travel overseas, in this case, Afghanistan Duties: -- Providing general language and cultural support for U.S. Military personnel and citizens of Afghanistan to aide in the rebuilding process. -- Interpret spoken communications during interviews, meetings, and conferences. --Translate written documents, newspaper articles, and other written media.
