| Description | Please read all the requirements below before even considering responding to this job request. The qualifications are very specific and very stringent. If you do not have the appropriate background, do not bother to reply! The document in question is written in English, and needs to be read, fully understood, and rewritten in Chinese. It is a movie treatment- a plot outline that future scripts will be based on. As such, comprehensibility is more important than poetry. The source language is not at all simple! It is written in an exceptionally complex and stupid manner, and contains large segments that are wholly variable, and meant to be written differently in Chinese with details filled in by an expert writer. -I am only interested in hiring a translator who regularly reads English science-fiction novels. If that's you then list your favorite authors! -I am only interested in hiring a translator who is capable of fluently writing science-fiction in Chinese, with original ideas and references to classic Chinese and world literature. -I am only interested in hiring a translator who has some small background in Tang dynasty "武侠" literature, Three Kingdoms, World of Warcraft, and is able to use this knowledge to fill in a few minor details and correct mistakes in my original document. If you feel that you fit the above 3 requirements, and have some imagination to spare, then I hope I'll be able to provide you with an interesting job! The original English movie treatment is 76 pages, 27,847 words long. Much of the content is subject to change, and your input on these changes will be much appreciated. Also, I hope you at least have some ability to convey in Chinese that segments of the text are meant to be filled in and rewritten by professionals! The entire job can be performed via online correspondence and transaction, but I would prefer to meet in person in the Beijing area. I'm looking forward to seeing who is interested in this project!
