| Description | Description Professional and fluent bilinguals/linguists needed in Northern Virginia area for onsite, full-time translation positions. Linguists will provide accurate written gists, translations, and/or transcriptions, of general and technical material. Materials may be handwritten or typed documents in hard copy and electronic formats, audio, and/or video. Successful candidates must be able to utilize the correct syntaxis and expressions from and to the specific foreign language and in English such that the true meaning of the material is captured. Requirements * U.S. Citizenship * Active Secret, Top Secret Clearance or Top Secret/SCI (Final) * Willingness to take polygraph * Excellent command of any of the following languages: Arabic, Kurdish, Farsi, Punjabi, Somali, Pashto and English languages (oral and written) * Ability to relocate to Northern Virginia area if necessary * Testing of bilingual capabilities Qualifications Score at a minimum a level 3/3 as measured by the DLPT, the US State Department's language test for the Target Language or a certified equivalent, computer based score of 213 as measured by the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
