| Description | We are a small call center for hire with a prospect wanting multiple language capability. She mostly wants Spanish, French, and German. Would it cost more to have an even broader availability (such as Japanese, Arabic, etc) even if very small volumes? Volumes look to be under 25 calls or orders/month but is a complete guess now as no history exists (it's a desire to offer other languages). Bottom line is caller is trying to order merchandise and will have selected other language option with us. We'd connect translator on the line and take order via your service at that point.
