The newsletter is mailed out on Monday AEST with approximately 400+ words in HTML, and the promotional material is anywhere from 100 to 400 words and sent in HTML on any day of the week. At the earliest, I would be able to send to you the newsletter by 4pm AEST Thursday to be received back by 9am Monday AEST to be mailed out. Our promotional material and annoucements would be less than 500 words and would generally needed to be received back within 48 hours to be mailed out. This is not always the case and further time is normally given.
