The conference will be held in 3 languages (English with the simultaneous translation into Russian and Chinese (Mandarin). We are looking for a company, which can provide this service for us. I have a 10minute video that is in english. I am looking to get it translated into Korean, Mandarin, & Japanese. Since the video is already cut the translation will be dubbed in the various new languages so when doing the translation it will need to match the length of the english in the video. For example, if it take 15 seconds in english to say a certain sentence then we need to make sure the translation doesn't go past 15 seconds in the new language meanwhile preserving the meaning. A script will be provided with all the times for each paragraph in english so that you will know how long each translation has to be.
