Hello! I need a translator for an EN>Polish project: text for an electrical engineering client’s website. The subject matter is Electrical Engineering, but much of the text is more IT related (standard website stuff about passwords, cookies, online ordering, etc). Translation must be completed in SDLX. Here’s the schedule. Things may shift forward or back by 1 day, but we’ll try to accommodate you as much as possible. Oct 20 (noon)- Oct 22 (8 am CST): Translation (no editing) of 1057 words (FOUs) Oct 23 (8 am)- Nov 4 (4 pm): Translation of 9 files starts (16,990 no match, 653 fuzzy). The client is really great about answering linguist questions; we’ve already translated this material into five languages, so we have extensive reference material like a style guide and a Q&A sheet from the client.
