Hello, My company has an ongoing project translating patents in the food industry, particularly relating to production and packaging machines and methods, novel formulations, compounds, compositions of food ingredients and additives, novel foods, particularly health oriented foods for diabetics, reduced-calorie, reduced-fat, reduced-sugar, sugar-free, fat-free, high-fiber formulations and recipes and allied production methods, encapsulation methods, coatings, coating methods, food ingredients and foods as vehicles for medications, pharmaceutical preparations, etc. We are currently seeking as many as 3 or 4 fully trained freelance translators for full-time work over at least the next 6 weeks. We are currently seeking individual mother tongue freelance translators with a translation degree or experience, to create subtitles for Hollywood films (mostly in American English) that are subsequently released on DVD (Digital Video Disks) and/or for streaming for Internet video. It is possible to work with us as long as one has 20 hours availability per week and access to a computer (not Macintosh) of adequate capacity. Preference is given to translators who are in possession of a DSL or higher speed Internet connection.
